Open Position: Business Development Manager (Fintech Company)
A Fintech Company is currently looking for Business Development Manager to join the team and be based in the Selangor office.
Key responsibilities include:
- More than 5 years of experience in e-commerce or service operations
- Innovate campaigns, partner marketing strategy and sales enablement programs based on market research and in-depth knowledge of the service industry
- Educate and provide guidance to partners about product portfolio and complimentary services offered
- Coordinate with partners to create and execute business plans to meet the goals and objectives
- Set partnership goals, develop evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement
- Good product planning, development and marketing with experience in people management
- Regional exposure in dealing with partners/vendors from East Asia will be an added advantage
- Good communication and project management skills, with the ability to work efficiently with teams
