- Develop and execute business growth strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with partners, clients, and stakeholders

- Collaborate with international partners (Mandarin required)
- Developing growth strategies and detailed business development plans
- Identifying and pursuing new market opportunities through networking, cold outreach, and event participation
- Forecasting sales targets and preparing financial projections to support business growth
- Collaborating with marketing and operations teams to design sales and promotional strategies
- Analyzing competitors, market trends, and consumer behavior to refine offerings
- Negotiating and closing deals, contracts, and partnership agreements
- Overseeing the performance of business development and sales teams, training junior colleagues
- Representing the company at exhibitions, conferences, and networking events
- Monitoring online sales channels and enhancing digital visibility
- Preparing detailed reports and presentations for management and board reviews
- Managing budgets for business development activities and ensuring ROI
Key Requirements
3-Must-have
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in business development, preferably in hospitality, travel, or property sector
- Fluent in Mandarin for international partner collaboration
