Job Description

Salary: Undisclosed Base Salary + Commission: MYR 5,000 - MYR 7,000

Location: Ipoh, Perak

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 6 years of experience in business development or sales within the construction/building industry.

Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, both written and verbal.

Proven track record of generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing deals to achieve sales targets.

Strong understanding of market analysis and sales strategy development.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities:

Project Lead Generation & Opportunity Identification: Research new project opportunities, analyze market trends, and build a strong project pipeline.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Engage potential clients, develop long-term relationships with stakeholders, and conduct meetings and negotiations.

Proposal & Bid Management: Lead the preparation of project proposals, bids, and tender responses in collaboration with technical teams.

Revenue Growth & Contract Negotiation: Achieve sales targets and negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.

Market Expansion & Strategic Partnerships: Identify new markets, develop partnerships, and represent the company at industry events.
