Key Responsibilities
1. Responsible in the efficient managing of the sales operation and ensuring profit and sales target on new cars are achieved through implementation of appropriate strategies and activities.
2. Responsible to achieve sales target, revenues and overall department KPIs and performance expectations.
3. Responsible to remain knowledgeable of the range of products and services, key processes, business initiatives, industry trends and competition in order to assist the sales division in accomplishing company goals.
4. To lead market penetration efforts for new models, variants, and promotions.
5. To be conversant with all sales procedures and bank procedures, handled efficiently and in compliance with SOPs.
a. Registration of motor vehicles.
b. Hire purchase and other financing schemes.
c. Vehicle insurance schemes.
d. New car sales delivery process, warranty claim policy and other terms & conditions.
6. Responsible to prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts and presentations and or, any other related document and report for Management review.
7. Responsible to plan and assist in the managing of any sales promotions, cold canvassing and prospecting exercise as required by the Company.
8. Responsible to supervise and guide a team of sales advisors in day-to-day operations, aligned with Company's goal (daily, weekly & monthly).
9. To lead and monitor individual and team performance, and take corrective action when underperformed is identified.
10. To monitor and conduct an in-house training, coaching and mentoring to sales advisor.
11. To monitor in managing a team of Sales Advisors, provide guidance and identify developmental needs of the staff and manages resources effectively to produce optimum output.
12. To build and maintain good working relationship with the office and corporate clients, relevant government agencies, members of the press, financiers, insurers and suppliers.
13. To assist in reviewing, evaluating and managing all sales operation processes to ensure smooth operation, in line with PESB standard requirements and for continuous improvement.
14. To collaborate with marketing department or personnel for sales campaigns, roadshows and weekend sales events.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,999.00 per month
