Working Location : Shah Alam: N-6-10, The Gamuda Biz Suites, No.12, Persiaran Anggerik Vanilla 31/99, Kota Kemuning, 40460 Shah Alam, Selangor, MalaysiaWorking Days : Monday to FridayWorking Time : 9am to 6pmSalary & Other BenefitsBasic Salary : RM10,000-12,000Travel Allowance : fixedSales Commission : performance variable bonusAnnual Leave :14days

• To prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling or other means of generating interest from potential clients in Malaysia

• To work closely with various departments and management to manage day-to-day operations of the Malaysia office

• To ensure employees work efficiently and develop professionally

• To maintain and develop existing client relationship

• Participate in business development projects

• Liaise with the local authorities, external auditors, corporate tax agents and other professional parties, if any

• Handle office admin including maintain office policy, procedure & supply etc. in Malaysia office

• Report to management in Singapore

Job Requirements

• Degree in Business or any other related field

• Able to speak fluent Japanese language and good written skill in Japanese

• 3-5 years\' relevant sales or marketing experience

• Understand basic accounting, payroll, tax matters etc in Malaysia is an advantage

• Prior experience and knowledge in strategic planning in a professional industry

• Independent and able to multi-task

• Problem solving aptitude with the ability to work across cultures, build rapport and collaborative working relationships with all levels

• Able to travel for work assignments between Malaysia states
