• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the operations sector, including partnerships, contracts, and expansion initiatives.
• Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, emerging opportunities, and competitive landscape.

2. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and propose tailored operational solutions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery.

3. Proposal Development and Negotiation:

• Lead the preparation of proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations to secure new projects.
• Ensure proposals align with client requirements and company capabilities.
• Manage the bid process, including pricing strategies and compliance with company policies.

4. Collaboration with Operations Team:

• Work closely with the operations team to ensure alignment between business development efforts and operational capacity.
• Provide insights from the market to refine services and operational processes.
• Monitor project implementation to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
