Tasks and responsibilities
Lead and mentor the Sales Executives team to achieve growth and profitability goals.
Drive new client acquisition, pipeline management, and revenue generation for commoditised service lines (certification, inspection, testing, training).
Collaborate with Operations and Technical Managers to ensure accurate scoping, competitive proposals, and on-time delivery.
Maintain discipline in pricing, proposals, and CRM forecasting.
Work closely with Marketing & Strategic Partnerships to identify cross-selling opportunities and strategic accounts.
Champion a culture of performance, agility, and excellence.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
7-10 years of proven sales experience in the services sector (consulting, logistics, training, or B2B professional services).
TIC experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Demonstrated ability to lead sales teams, close deals, and manage complex accounts.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Dynamic, analytical, and highly results-driven.
