oManage and set up a sales team outside the Klang Valley area.

oUnderstand customer needs and respond effectively with strategic plans.
oCreate and manage an effective sales pipeline.
oIncrease sales and profitability of the business.
oSeek and implement ways to improve business operations.
oConduct sales forecasts and analyses, presenting findings to senior management or the board of directors.
oDevelop and execute business sales and marketing strategies.
oIdentify training needs for sales staff and arrange external training where appropriate.
oKeep abreast of trends and changes in the business world.
oPlan and execute sales campaigns.
+ Requirements
oDegree/Master's in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
oExcellent sales analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
oDemonstrated ability to think dynamically and have a business-oriented mindset.
oStrong leadership abilities with a proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve sales targets and goals.
oFlexibility to travel and work in various locations as required.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
