Develop and execute business development strategies focused on commercial fit-out projects.
Identify new market segments and client opportunities (corporate offices, retail, hospitality, etc.).
Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, architects, consultants, and corporate clients.
Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new contracts.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborate with design and project teams to create compelling proposals and quotations.
Prepare and manage tender submissions and RFPs.
Track and report on sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics.
Work closely with project managers, designers, and procurement teams to ensure alignment with client expectations.
Provide feedback to internal teams to improve service offerings and delivery.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience in a Sales or Business Development capacity
Experience in commercial fit out, real estate or hospitality industry is strongly preferred
Capable of building and maintaining long-term client relationships
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
