Major Functions

Drive aggressive business growth by securing high-value contracts and expanding market share in the security services sector. Manage the full spectrum of the Company's security sales, including branch operations. Report to the Board of Directors and diligently, professionally, and wholeheartedly carry out all duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Company.

Candidates must be aged 45 years old and below.

Essential Functions

Develop and execute strategies to acquire new business, specifically for security services (local and Nepali), armed guards, and bodyguard services. Target and secure contracts with key industry sectors such as GLCs, international organizations, semiconductor companies, and others. Prepare and finalize tender proposals, sales contracts, and agreements. Analyze financial data to improve company profitability and achieve revenue targets. Ensure full corporate governance and compliance with regulatory bodies and client requirements. Conduct internal site audits to ensure service quality and operational effectiveness. Manage operational aspects of security projects, including site visits to monitor guard performance, grooming, and discipline. Oversee the management of Foreign Workers to ensure compliance with authorities such as Immigration, JTK, and KDN. Manage and advise all regional/branch Managers and Officers regarding new assignments. Coordinate and monitor regional/branch budgeted sales targets and review achievements quarterly. Consolidate all necessary reports required for departmental functions and prepare periodic reports for top management as needed. Ensure the timely submission of weekly and monthly Sales Operations Reports. Ensure accurate invoicing and timely collection of project payments. Develop marketing strategies for both static and armed guard services.
