Job Description

The Business Development Manager supports business growth and ensures smooth execution of IT projects. The role involves client engagement, preparing proposals, coordinating project activities, gathering requirements, and providing training/documentation. Works closely with IT and management teams to deliver successful IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Support business development through client meetings, presentations, proposals, and quotations. Coordinate IT project activities, schedules, milestones, and documentation. Gather customer requirements and communicate them to internal teams. Prepare presentations, reports, and billing/invoicing documents. Conduct user training, onboarding, and basic product demonstrations. Maintain strong relationships with clients and assist in overall project delivery.
Requirements

Degree in IT, Business, Computer Science, or related field. 2-5 years' experience in IT BD, project coordination, or business analysis. Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills. Ability to work with multiple teams and manage tasks efficiently.
