to lead growth for our digital traceability and autonomous mobile robot (AMR) solutions. You will drive partnerships, secure new business, and expand Itrace's presence in key industries such as manufacturing, logistics, agriculture, halal, utilities, and government sectors.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
Identify, pursue, and close new opportunities for traceability and AMR solutions.
Build strong relationships with enterprise clients, partners, and government agencies.
Conduct client presentations, solution demos, and commercial proposals.
Lead tenders, negotiate contracts, and manage sales cycle end-to-end.
Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure successful onboarding.
Track pipeline, market trends, and competitor insights.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships.
Experience in technology, SaaS, automation, robotics, supply chain, or government projects preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of closing deals.
Independent, motivated, and able to travel when required.
