Job Description
1. Business Performance
Drive overall sales growth in line with company targets. Identify and support opportunities for market expansion. Manage and improve operator sales performance.
2. Debt Collection
Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on overdue accounts. Coordinate with internal teams and operators to ensure timely collections. Maintain accurate records of collections and outstanding balances.
3. New Recruitment
Recruit new operators to support sales growth and market expansion. Engage and onboard new operators effectively.
