We are a public company but we are not listed in the Bursa Malaysia. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Kuching. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining business relationships with clients, analyzing market trends and identifying potential business opportunities, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with other departments to develop and implement business strategies. The Business Development Manager is also responsible for agency recruitment and developing a team of agency force for business growth within the company preferred business segment. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in business development and sales Proven track record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 3-5 years experience in the General Insurance industry Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
