Job Description
We're partnering with a fast-growing digital marketing agency with operations in both Malaysia and Singapore. Known for their creative strength and performance-driven campaigns, the team is expanding and looking for a Business Development Manager to focus on outbound growth.
What you'll be doing:
This role is all about new business hunting. You'll manage the end-to-end sales cycle with a focus on building a strong outbound pipeline.
- 80% focus on SME clients
- 20% on mid-to-large size businesses
- Handle cold calls, cold emails, prospecting, pitching, and proposal writing
- Work closely with a regional team spread across Malaysia and Singapore
- Support clients across B2B, education, finance, and healthcare sectors
Strong track record in hunting new business within a digital or marketing agency
Skilled in writing proposals, client presentations, and closing deals
Solid understanding of digital marketing (SEO, social media, content, etc.)
Bonus if you've had hands-on experience in campaign execution
Independent, self-motivated, and comfortable in a lean remote setup
What's in it for you:

- Fully remote within Malaysia (Johor highly preferred)
- Occasional travel to Singapore
- Reports directly to the Founder, with support from a regional leadership team
