Client Background: US based MNC- operating in 126 countries, close to hundred sales office & showrooms worldwide in Europe, North America and Asia over ten years in order to build a complete portfolio of product lines- Office Interiors Manufacturer. Region offices: Beijing, Dubai, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Shanghai, Singapore, Tokyo, Australia, Europe, Paris, London, Latin America, North America, Boston, Chicago, Holland, San Francisco & more. Products: Seating system, office furniture, storage, tables, collaborative tools & etc

Remuneration: Basic salary + Bonuses

\xc2\xb7 Fill the \xe2\x80\x9csales funnel\xe2\x80\x9d for the assigned territory and close deals by actively targeting key client groups -- especially Architect & Design Firms, Real Estate, Project Management, large corporate end users and government. Methods to include:

o networking

o gathering information and tracking leads

o working with SM/GSM to develop strategic alignment programs with select A&D and other key indirect accounts

o developing and taking part in \xe2\x80\x9ccapabilities\xe2\x80\x9d and product presentations

\xc2\xb7 Forecast sales based on \xe2\x80\x9csales funnel\xe2\x80\x9d concept for 30-60-90 days and work with SM/GSM to develop winning strategy and close business.

\xc2\xb7 Develop Sales Presentation strategies based on \xe2\x80\x9cproduct for project\xe2\x80\x9d concepts.

\xc2\xb7 Conduct sales presentations to customers and offer products/solutions that meet client\'s expectation and support product development strategy.

\xc2\xb7 Assist in developing Marketing strategies for product and services.

\xc2\xb7 Actively work to gain market intelligence, including information on competitive products, competitors\' market activity, industry trends, future projects etc.

\xc2\xb7 Work closely with sales operations team to complete the sales cycle.

\xc2\xb7 Work closely with A&D Managers and CEAs to ensure leads are exchanged and to give the customer a seamless experience.

Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 Experience of managing complex sales cycle with B-to-B selling process in multinational companies

\xc2\xb7 University degree with a minimum of 3-5 years of sales and/or marketing experience

\xc2\xb7 Experience working in the office furniture or related industry preferred
