Listed on the Catalist board of the Singapore Exchange (SGX), Hyphens Group has a direct presence in Singapore (HQ), Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia and the Philippines, and is supplemented by a marketing and distribution network covering additional jurisdictions like Hong Kong, Myanmar, Brunei, Cambodia, Oman, Bangladesh, South Korea and China. The Group\xe2\x80\x99s core business comprises the following segments: Specialty Pharma Principals, Proprietary Brands, and Medical Hypermart and Digital. Besides marketing and selling a range of specialty pharmaceutical products in selected ASEAN countries through exclusive distributorship or licensing and supply agreements with brand principals mainly from Europe and the United States, the Group also develops, markets and sells its own proprietary range of dermatological products and health supplement products. DESIGNATION : Business Development Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES
Hyphens Pharma is looking for a Business Development Manager, join us today! Responsibilities:

  • Increase the value of current clients while finding and develop new markets/ customers
  • Meet prospective clients and give presentations on the company\xe2\x80\x99s products and services to clients.
  • Should be able to understand, manage, and interpret customer requirements.
  • Screen potential business deals by analysing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials.
  • Develop quotations and proposals for prospective clients
  • Execute sales plans devised by the management and contribute towards the growth of business revenue
  • Propose, plan, implement, and oversee sales and marketing initiatives for the assigned clientele
  • Plan and conduct RTDs, CME meetings, product presentations/ workshops for current and potential clients
  • Involving in booth duties for conferences, meetings, and industry events
  • Producing reports for management
  • Responsible for achieving both individual and national sales targets and objectives


QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business, marketing or related field.
  • Experience in sales and marketing in aesthetic field will be an added advantage
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
  • Ability to juggle numerous clients, on- and off-site meetings, and deadlines
  • Ability to work effectively and independently with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
