Key Responsibilities
Design and execute high-impact business development strategies that deliver measurable revenue growth and expand market share.
Identify, target, and win
new B2B, corporate gifting, and partnership opportunities
-- from concept to close.
Build and sustain relationships with key accounts, OEM clients, distributors, and strategic partners, always focused on growth outcomes.
Lead negotiations, craft compelling proposals, and close deals that drive both short-term wins and long-term value.
Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to co-create innovative, client-centric solutions.
Continuously analyse market trends, competitor movements, and customer insights to anticipate opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
It is a fully remote position, based from home, and will be engaged under
a consultancy agreement.
Qualifications
A proven
track record of winning
-- achieving or exceeding ambitious business development and sales targets in senior-level roles.
A
strategic thinker and hands-on executor
-- able to plan big and act fast.
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; confident in engaging C-suite and key stakeholders.
A natural relationship builder with strong commercial instincts and a growth mindset.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA or similar advanced qualifications preferred).
Experience
Minimum 5+ years
of business development or sales leadership experience, ideally in B2B, FMCG, lifestyle, or kitchenware sectors.
Proven success in creating new markets, closing high-value deals, and building scalable revenue pipelines.
Prior experience in the kitchenware industry or B2B sales opportunities and related sectors is advantageous.
