Salary: MYR 6,000 - MYR 10,000 Per Month

Location: Bayan Lepas, Pulau Pinang

Requirements:

Candidates must possess at least a Diploma.

Able to communicate well in English and Mandarin.

Strong sales skills with experience meeting or exceeding targets.

Good knowledge of insurance products and services.

Skilled in negotiation to close sales and build strong client relationships.

Experience in leading a sales team and monitoring performance.

Able to plan and carry out business strategies to grow the market and gain new clients.

Strong planning skills to spot market opportunities and create effective sales strategies.

Proven ability to lead, guide, and motivate a sales team to achieve goals.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base within the Bayan Lepas region.

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure individual and team success.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.

Utilize Mandarin language proficiency to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.

Monitor sales performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare regular reports to track progress.

Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
