Job Summary :

Perform effective market analysis and develop a winning business development strategy Drive sales initiatives and new design wins effectively to meet/exceed sales targets. Manage Sales Performance and Customer Satisfaction indicator with an effective trigger of an action plan for timely gap closure.

Job Responsibilities :

Responsible for the full spectrum of business development functions. Lead Business Development process from marketing->quotation ->design finalization->prototype->NPI->quality To monitor market trends & develop market analysis/strategies, discovering and exploring new business opportunities. Plan and strategize current business operations against new and future business models. Responsible for providing leadership and vision in the sales functions and ensuring that all plans and programs are effectively implemented. Foster a strong working relationship between the customers and the production team. Develop new and maintain existing relationships to secure major accounts, providing quotes to clients as well as product information as requested. Participate in new product development and prototype build. Work with Engineering/QA to continuously improve process yield and quality level. Ensure deliveries of sales KPI and play an active role in sales forecasting & reports. Conduct market research and analysis. Fulfil the Management Objectives assigned to you within the stipulated time. To undertake any other business-related assignments as and when required.

Job Requirements :

Degree in any engineering discipline.

Min. 5 years

' experience in

NPI/Engineering Sales support

, in the

electronics

industry preferred. Strong client relationship management and development aptitude. Possess good analytical, presentation & excellent communication skills. Self-driven & result-focused with a strategic business & customer-oriented mindset. A candidate with Japanese language proficiency of N4 or higher is highly advantageous.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
