ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Manage and support business development activities including tendering, negotiation and contracts management. Work closely with the Technical Solutions Team to ensure accurate and up-to-date information are presented to the prospective clients
• Research, evaluate and review prospective client\xe2\x80\x99s business requirements for any clean energy and decarbonization solutions to ensure the company\xe2\x80\x99s sustainable growth and maximize profitability
• Collate and review information and prepare bidding documentation to ensure data accuracy and timely submission
• Maintain records and registers of business development activities to ensure that team members are up-to-date with work progress
• Coordinate and facilitate regular meetings with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure constant flow of information
• Monitor, track, research and report related development in the business and political environment, national policies, market trends emerging issues and threats and opportunities

• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience with minimum 2 years in Managerial capacity with considerable exposure in maritime, offshore engineering or heavy engineering industry
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development and commercial functions
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Economics, International Business, Finance, Logistics, Nautical Studies or COC1 Qualification (Deck or Engine)
• Master of Science (MSc.) Master of Business Administration (MBA) or any other related professional qualification is an additional advantage
