Manage and support business development activities including tendering, negotiation and contracts management. Work closely with the Technical Solutions Team to ensure accurate and up-to-date information are presented to the prospective clients
Research, evaluate and review prospective clients business requirements for any clean energy and decarbonization solutions to ensure the companys sustainable growth and maximize profitability
Collate and review information and prepare bidding documentation to ensure data accuracy and timely submission
Maintain records and registers of business development activities to ensure that team members are up-to-date with work progress
Coordinate and facilitate regular meetings with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure constant flow of information
Monitor, track, research and report related development in the business and political environment, national policies, market trends emerging issues and threats and opportunities
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience with minimum 2 years in Managerial capacity with considerable exposure in maritime, offshore engineering or heavy engineering industry
Minimum 5 years of experience in business development and commercial functions
Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Economics, International Business, Finance, Logistics, Nautical Studies or COC1 Qualification (Deck or Engine)
Master of Science (MSc.) Master of Business Administration (MBA) or any other related professional qualification is an additional advantage
