About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to

help grow our FatNinjas Takumi business. This role focuses on identifying new clients,

expanding service offerings, and building long-term relationships to drive revenue and

local market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the local market. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets. Represent the FatNinjas Takumi at networking events, meetings, and industry functions. Collaborate with the technical team to align solutions with client needs. Track sales performance, pipeline activities and provide regular reports.
Requirements

3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivated with a passion for growth and entrepreneurship. Ability to understand and communicate technical solutions e?ectively. Experience in the tech or IT services industry is a plus. Experience in SME is a plus.
