Develop and implement effective student recruitment strategies for domestic and/or international markets.
Manage the end-to-end admissions funnel--from inquiry to enrollment.
Organize and attend education fairs, seminars, webinars, and school visits.
Build strong relationships with prospective students, parents, school counselors, and recruitment agents.
Maintain accurate student databases and generate weekly/monthly recruitment reports.
Business Development
Identify and build partnerships with schools, colleges, agencies, and corporate entities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align promotional activities with recruitment goals.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine recruitment strategies.
Explore opportunities for expanding academic offerings and new markets.
Team & Operational Support
Assist in training and mentoring junior staff or admissions counselors.
Support cross-functional initiatives, including academic collaborations, career services, and alumni relations.
Monitor performance KPIs and ensure alignment with enrollment targets.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Education, Marketing, or related field.
4-8 years of experience in the education industry, preferably in admissions or business development roles.
Strong understanding of student recruitment cycles and educational marketing.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital marketing platforms.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
