Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and RM software.
Experience 5 years and above is required.
Responsibilities
Identify Prospective Companies: Conduct market research to identify companies and organizations interested in CSR programs. Develop a targeted list of potential clients who align with our educational proposal offerings.
Client Meetings: Conduct meetings with clients on a regular basis to discuss CSR opportunities and initiatives. Collaborate with clients to identify their specific CSR needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Introducing and Meeting with Clients: Identify potential CSR partners and clients within the industry. Initiate contact and establish relationships with prospective clients. Arrange to attend meetings with clients for CSR offerings and discuss collaboration opportunities.
Proposal Development: Collaborate with clients to create customized CSR proposals.
Conduct thorough research and analysis to ensure proposals are well-informed and tailored to the client\'s needs. Proofread and refined proposal presentations to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
Reporting and Documentation: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, proposals, and project progress. Provide regular reports to management on the status and outcomes of CSR initiatives. (Weekly report and monthly report)
