Job Description

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and RM software.
• Experience 5 years and above is required.

Responsibilities

• Identify Prospective Companies: Conduct market research to identify companies and organizations interested in CSR programs. Develop a targeted list of potential clients who align with our educational proposal offerings.
• Client Meetings: Conduct meetings with clients on a regular basis to discuss CSR opportunities and initiatives. Collaborate with clients to identify their specific CSR needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Introducing and Meeting with Clients: Identify potential CSR partners and clients within the industry. Initiate contact and establish relationships with prospective clients. Arrange to attend meetings with clients for CSR offerings and discuss collaboration opportunities.
• Proposal Development: Collaborate with clients to create customized CSR proposals.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to ensure proposals are well-informed and tailored to the client\'s needs. Proofread and refined proposal presentations to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
• Reporting and Documentation: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, proposals, and project progress. Provide regular reports to management on the status and outcomes of CSR initiatives. (Weekly report and monthly report)
