Sales Management & mentoring of distributors in assigned region.
Generate New business Opportunities (NBO), design-in activities and Demand Creation.
Regular visits to customers and distributors to conduct business reviews, joint customer visits, and consultive sales.
Raise special price enquiries, prepare quotations with objective to maximise margin.
Active prospection of new distributors, new customers in assigned region.
Analyze of the results and of the various channels feedback to the Management, proposal of actions.
Collect & feedback competition information.
Prepare and manage weekly and monthly Sales Forecast in conjunction with Company Business Plan.
Share customers feedback to its sales management and escalate any issue.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of sales experience of industrial factory automation products.
Experience selling electronic components, IO Link products and automation solution to distributors, SI or Machine Builders.
Experience in selling sensors or Remote IO are highly desirable.
Able to translate customer requirements into solutions.
Strong oral and written communications and presentation skills.
Strong technical aptitude & able to understand and communicate technical information.
Able to analyse sales results, interpret data, and prepare corrective actions based upon data.
Experience with Salesforce.com desirable.
Preferably has own transport to conduct sales activities
