We are representing our client, a well-established international banking institution, seeking for Business Development Managers to be based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
Role Responsibilities :

To achieve assigned targets, focus on proactively marketing and originating SME related products, building strong client relationships, and developing effective sales strategies. t t * t
Identify and engage with new clients to expand the SME business portfolio. t t * t
Enhance customer reach, product visibility, and operational efficiency to deliver an exceptional customer experience. t t * t
Ensure strict adherence to all internal policies, guidelines, and external regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest standards of compliance. t

Requirements :

Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. t t * t
Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or relationship management within the banking or financial services industry, specifically targeting SMEs. t t * t
Good understanding of SME loan related products t t * t
Self-motivated and proactive in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. t t * t
Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs. t t * t
Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients t t * t
Willing to work in Petaling Jaya t
