Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners while identifying and pursuing new market opportunities to drive business growth.
Identify and secure sponsorship and collaboration opportunities to enhance business exposure and profitability.
Serve as the primary liaison for potential partners, fostering strong business relationships through proactive engagement, networking, and presentations.
Source, evaluate, and recommend potential event venues and locations, conducting site recces, negotiations, and feasibility assessments while taking into account logistics, capacity, and overall cost efficiency to support BBW event planning.
Develop new revenue streams and improve sales performance through innovative business strategies and data-driven approaches.
Collaborate with events and marketing teams to ensure sales targets, partnership goals, and profit objectives are achieved.
Conduct financial and commercial analyses to evaluate partnership potential, revenue opportunities, and market viability.
Partner closely with event teams to ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled, conducting regular performance reviews and providing feedback to improve execution and compliance.
Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, pitches, and presentations to prospective partners and stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of proven success in business development or sales, preferably within retail, events, or B2B partnerships.
Strong understanding of company products, services, and market positioning to ensure competitiveness.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing business development strategies that deliver measurable outcomes.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions:
This position will be based at our HQ office in Section 33, Shah Alam.
Working days are Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
The candidate should be prepared for flexibility when required, including occasional work during evenings, weekends, or public holidays, to ensure the successful execution of time-sensitive initiatives.
The candidate must possess the willingness and ability to travel for meetings, site recces, and sales events with both prospective and existing partners.
