Identify and explore new market opportunities within domestic and international logistics segments (freight forwarding, warehousing, transportation, customs brokerage, etc.).
Build a strong sales pipeline through market research, networking, and proactive lead generation.
Develop business proposals, pricing strategies, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
Work closely with senior management to align business development strategies with company goals.
2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Identify potential clients and build long-term business relationships with key decision-makers.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Conduct regular client meetings to understand their logistics needs and provide suitable service solutions.
Manage key accounts to maximize business opportunities and profitability.
3. Sales & Revenue Management
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through consistent performance and strategic account management.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts and business performance reports for management review.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and service agreements with customers and partners.
Monitor and analyze market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
4. Coordination & Operational Support
Collaborate with internal departments (operations, finance, and customer service) to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.
Support the implementation of new client projects, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
Provide feedback from the market to improve service offerings and operational efficiency.
5. Reporting & Analysis
Prepare and present periodic reports on sales performance, business trends, and customer feedback.
Analyze sales data to identify strengths, weaknesses, and potential areas for improvement.
Recommend and implement strategies to improve sales efficiency and market reach.
6. Teamwork & Leadership (if applicable)
Mentor and guide junior sales or business development executives in achieving individual and team targets.
