The Business Development Manager (Solar & BESS solution) will play a pivotal role in driving sales and expanding business opportunities within the Solar PV industry. This role is based in Kuala Lumpur and focuses on providing innovative solar and BESS solutions to clients.

A successful Business Development Manager (Solar & BESS solution) should have:
  • Solid understanding of electrical power systems and their applications, including utilities, renewable energy generation, and energy storage. Familiarity with solar inverters and the energy industry is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales within the solar energy sector; candidates with an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) background are preferred.
  • Proven track record in selling Solar PV and Energy Storage System (ESS) solutions.
  • Proficient in solar design software such as PVSYST, PVSOL, and AUTOCAD.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, Photovoltaics & Renewable Energy, or a related field.
  • Willingness to travel and adapt to various working environments.
