Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our business growth initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities. Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve organizational goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Provide insights and feedback to improve products and services. Explore and pursue new markets for business expansion. Develop partnerships and collaborations to enhance market presence.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role. Strong understanding of industry trends and market dynamics. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. proficient in using the e-Perolehan system.
