Job Description

Responsibilities:



Business Growth & Strategy



Develop and execute business development strategies to expand market presence and increase revenue. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnership or joint ventures. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs via SWOT analysis or any analytical tools. Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to attract potential clients, healthcare providers, and corporate partners.

Partnership & Relationship Management



Establish and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, insurance companies, government agencies, and other key stakeholders. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and referral sources to drive admissions. Negotiate contracts and agreements with business partners, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.

Operational & Financial Performance



Work closely with the management team to enhance service offerings and operational efficiency. Monitor financial performance, set revenue targets, and develop cost-effective solutions to optimize profitability. Ensure compliance with local healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and industry standards.

Marketing & Brand Development



Develop brand awareness and promote our services through digital and traditional marketing strategies. Organize community outreach programs, health talks, and events to educate the public about our services. Utilize data analytics and customer feedback to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements



Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or a related field. More than 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry or any related industry. Strong understanding of the nursing home, senior care and wellness centre industry in Malaysia, including regulations, market trends, and customer expectations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with various stakeholders. Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin speaking in Service Industry, especially Nursing Home/Retirement Village/Hospitality

Schedule:

Fixed shift Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:

Commission pay Performance bonus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
