You will be reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, Examples of Duties and Responsibilities:
Determine optimal sales contracts and plan the frequency and timing of sales calls.
Initiate and conduct sales calls to prospective clients.
Foster relationships with consulting engineers to promote our products and provide detailed specifications for projects and bids.
Deliver engineering and service seminars to educate engineers, contractors, and end users.
Collaborate with resale and Original Equipment Manufacturer accounts to offer pricing, discounts, product information, technical support, troubleshooting assistance, and training.
Maintain organised job report files, bid records, and communicate advantages of our products compared to competitors.
Prepare product specifications for custom orders.
Provide start-up support, warranty service, and specialised assistance to end users and contractors.
Represent the company at trade shows, coordinating with local representatives.
Stay informed about product pricing and industry trends.
Train and mentor new sales personnel.
Maintain sales call logs and prepare expense reports.
Conduct performance evaluations as required.

Experience/Education:
Substantial sales and sales management experience.
Comprehensive training in company products and their applications.
Equivalent of a Bachelor\'s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving basic field operations associated with company products.
Skill in creating and delivering effective sales presentations.
Capacity to disassemble, reassemble, and adjust automatic control valves and backflow prevention assemblies.
