Position Title: Business Development Manager/ Business Development Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Logistics
Working Location: Work From Home (located in KL)
Working Hours: 5.5 days, Mon - Fri (8.30am \xe2\x80\x93 5.45pm), Sat (8.30am \xe2\x80\x93 1.30pm)
Salary Package: Up to RM12,000+ Performance Bonus + Transport Allowance

Key Responsibilities
To prospect new customers and market opportunities in Malaysia, monitor competitive activities, and company to capitalise on all options.
To research the country\'s logistics and supply chain landscape and develop a strategic business plan for industry verticals of growth in 3PL, manufacturing & electronics, aviation & aerospace, biotechnology & pharmaceuticals, automotive, cold chain, energy & industrial.
To execute the approved business plan base on the market requirement and sentiment, report New Sales Pipeline and targeted goals during biweekly Sales & Marketing Meeting.
To put in place OKRs and KPIs to measure against the business plan, achieve the quarterly and annual set revenue goals, profit, and market share.
To attain an operating profit goal of 10% of the total revenue over operating expenses within the inaugural year.
To work with HQ (based in Singapore) to develop marketing and brand awareness strategy in Malaysia to create brand consistent, run marketing campaign, maximizing sales target and develop new business and products for the domestic and international market.
To expand proven solutions and service offerings to new branches across the entire country, leverage HQ existing product lines and develop new product lines if required to complement existing business to create a new revenue stream.
To Increase communication and coordination between Sales and Operations to attain a high-quality customer experience, confer with customers to resolve problems and develop new incremental business.
To promote network building, trade lanes development, and two-way traffic expansion, sales leads & routings with network Partners.
To select carriers for transportation and negotiate rates and contracts with carriers. Alternatively, obtain AWB stocks through business partners who already have preferred rate agreements with carriers, liaise and negotiate with suppliers, vendors, etc., for cost reduction.
To meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets; 90% time to business development and 10% to administration work.
To carry out any other duties as assigned by the GM, including adhoc deployment for projects.

Bachelor\'s Degree (Supply Chain, Logistics or relevant fields) with a minimum
5 years experience in Malaysia Freight Forwarding Sales/Business Development
Excellent written, oral communication & presentation skills
