Requirements

• Proficient in Mandarin is preferred (in order to communicate effectively with customers).
• 3-5 years of business experience.
• Familiarity with business development strategies, market trends, and customer acquisition techniques.
• Strong negotiation skills that help close deals and secure partnerships.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive long-term business growth.
• Ability to multi-task, good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Coordinate with internal teams to streamline business operations and customer service.
• 5+1 days per week (one day working from home) with one day off per week.

Responsibilities

• Expand the company's market reach, secure strategic partnerships and drive sales growth.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and business objectives.
• Lead, coach, and motivate teams of sales and support staff to perform at their best.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to uncover new business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
