Asia and the Middle East (GCC countries)
and are seeking dynamic professionals to strengthen our overseas business operations team.
Globalpluz also has active operations in
India
, where we are involved in the marketing of
Luxfloors SPC flooring
and other premium surface materials. Our upcoming
exclusive studio for EMCER Tiles
in Thrissur, Kerala, will showcase a wide range of premium wall and floor tiles for architects, designers, and project clients -- marking a new milestone in our retail and project-focused business expansion in India.

We are looking for a motivated and proactive
Business Development Executive (Overseas Business Officer)
to lead our international sales and marketing initiatives in
Asia and the Middle East (GCC countries)
.
Based in our Malaysia office, the selected candidate will take initiative to develop new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and represent Globalpluz in international markets.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for global sales, be capable of working independently, and be willing to travel for business development whenever required.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement business strategies to promote
Globalpluz products and services
in
Asia and GCC markets
.
Identify, contact, and engage with potential clients, distributors, and project partners through
email, business platforms, and direct communications.
Maintain and expand relationships with existing international clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct
market studies and competitor analysis
in target regions to support management decisions.
Coordinate with internal teams for
pricing, proposals, logistics, and marketing materials.
Prepare regular reports and updates on sales performance, client development, and market activities.
Represent Globalpluz at
trade fairs, exhibitions, and official business meetings
locally and abroad.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or related field.
Minimum
2 years of experience
in international business development, export marketing, or B2B sales (preferably in
building materials, interiors, or construction industry
).
Strong communication and presentation skills in
English
(knowledge of
Arabic or Asian regional languages
is an advantage).
Ability to work independently with initiative and meet business targets.
Good negotiation, follow-up, and relationship management skills.
Willingness to travel
nationally and internationally
when required.
Compensation & Terms:
Probation Period:
3 months (performance-based assessment).
Remuneration:
Basic Salary + Attractive Incentives based on international sales.
