Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist located in Petaling Jaya. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for analyzing market trends, generating leads, and providing exceptional customer service to prospects and clients. The Business Development Specialist will also be responsible for communicating and promoting W\xc3\x8bC\xc3\x85RE\'s culture and values to potential clients.

- analyse potential locations for our next operation

- generate reports on surrounding short term rental pricing

- liased with property agents and owners

- administare and coordinate our project tasks with team members

- generate report from OTA Platforms listing (Airbnb, booking.com)

Job Requirements

\xe2\x9d\x96 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

\xe2\x9d\x96 4 years of working experiences related to accounting and admin

\xe2\x9d\x96 Well manner, customer focused with exceptional communication skills

\xe2\x9d\x96 Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin

\xe2\x9d\x96 Able to work independently with minimal supervision

\xe2\x9d\x96 Reachable, responsible, committed, and quick learner

\xe2\x9d\x96 Self-motivated and disciplined

\xe2\x9d\x96 Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
