What You'll Do

As a Business Development Executive (Outdoor), you'll drive our licensing growth and brand visibility nationwide:

Sales & Licensing Focus

Identify and approach new licensing opportunities Build strong relationships with potential and current licensees Achieve monthly sales and licensing targets

Marketing & Brand Activation

Support social media campaigns, digital ads, and creative promotions Create simple but engaging video content or storyboards Assist in product sampling, events, roadshows, and outlet support

Customer Engagement

Respond to inquiries and prepare quotations Provide competitor insights and market feedback Prepare regular reports for management

Who We're Looking For

Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or similar 1-3 years' experience in F&B, sales, or marketing Passionate about food, branding, and people! Strong multitasker with good communication and follow-up skills Creative, confident, and comfortable using Microsoft Office Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-moving environment (Bonus) Possess a valid driving license
