Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic client relationships within the plantation and agriculture sector. Proactively promote Agrionex's products and solutions to potential clients and partners. Develop and execute comprehensive sales and business development strategies to achieve revenue and market expansion targets. Prepare and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and technical demonstrations tailored to client needs. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making. Maintain and update sales pipelines, CRM records, and regular progress reports. Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Agriculture, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in B2B technology solutions, agriculture, or plantation-related industries. Strong understanding of agricultural operations and willingness to learn about smart farming technologies. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. Willingness to travel regionally as needed.
