Job Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities and target customer segments across Malaysia. Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to grow market share and enhance brand visibility. Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, contractors, architects, and interior designers. Identify, evaluate, and negotiate partnership opportunities to strengthen market presence and expand sales channels. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline of prospective clients and projects. Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals through proactive prospecting and relationship-building. Convert leads into sustainable, long-term business relationships with an emphasis on customer satisfaction and repeat business. Prepare competitive pricing proposals and quotations aligned with company profitability targets. Negotiate contract terms and agreements in compliance with organizational policies and standards Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and implement localized promotional campaigns and initiatives. Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events to enhance brand recognition and market presence. Deliver exceptional after-sales service and ensure timely follow-up to maintain high customer satisfaction levels. Accurately track and manage customer interactions, opportunities, and sales performance through CRM systems.

Job Requirements:

Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field. Minimum 3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or market expansion, preferably in the home improvement, construction materials, curtain track, or window/door systems industry. Strong negotiation, networking, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes. Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability and a track record of achieving sales targets. Excellent communication skills in English, proficiency in Malay (written and spoken) preferred. Self-driven, independent, and capable of working with minimal supervision. Willingness to travel locally as required.
