Business Development Senior Manager (Marketing Services \xe2\x80\x93 Healthcare)

Position Level : Manager - Senior Manager

Location : Remote working

Salary : RM9,000 - RM14,000 (Basic Salary)

Our client is one of the largest medical journalism, publication, and communication company in the world with over 30 years of excellence in facilitating state-of-art research & findings in the clinical practices.

About your role:

• Client account acquisition & servicing
• Championing the business & overall strategic direction of business in Malaysia
• Leading the team in achieving the agreed service level of the client accounts
• Managing all accounts related matters as the main liaison including service requests, feedbacks, progression reporting
• Driving the company\'s profitability and growth of all new and existing businesses
• Establishing strong business relationship with the medical associations and key opinion leaders in the medical field
• Develop and organize CME programs
• Seamless implementation of campaigns and programs through effective agency processes
• Driving strategies to deliver best-in-market services & best practices.

Criteria to meet:

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor\'s degree
• At least 5 years of Client Account Servicing experience in an agency environment. Prior experience in healthcare communications will be an added advantage
• Independent, proactive, dedicated, responsible, passionate about healthcare
• Proven records of excellent client servicing records, both in business relationship and account servicing
• Proficiency in English communication, both verbal & written English. Proficiency in a second Asian language will be an added advantage
