Responsibilities

:

1. Expand business network

2. Serve as primary liaison to develop and maintain positive relations with clients(B2B) to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

3. Responsible all sales relevant documents: quotation, sales order and marketing materials

4. Plan, execute and monitor the effectiveness of sales strategy to increase sales and profitability.

5. Able to achieve assigned sales targets and performance targets within the specified timeline.

6. Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring profitability and long-term client satisfaction.

7. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify opportunities.

8. Track and report sales performance, pipeline status, and business development activities.

9. Monitor customers' feedback and address relevant issues or concerns and solving it.

10. Must be willing to travel to meet customers and perform product presentation

Requirements:

1. Proven working experience in Business Development at least

1 year

in any related industry

2. Good understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

3. Track record of over-achieving sales quota

4. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

5. Posses own transport as travelling are required

6. Experienced in e commerce industry is an added advantage
