Why does this job exist and why is it critical?xe2x80x8bKey Responsibilities:1. Business Development:

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in renewable energy and energy efficiency sectors
• Develop and launch of new products and services.
• Assist in setting strategic direction for product portfolios
• Support the submission of documents for applications and certifications.
• Support the annual budget and business plan preparation

2. Competitive Positioning Analysis:

• Conduct business and competitive analysis for new proposals to inform decision making and business negotiations.
• Use consumer insights and data analytics to inform product pricing and market strategies.

3. Market Research:

• Monitor regulatory developments, industry trends, and emerging technologies
• Analyse existing and new products for actionable insights.
• Perform regulatory scans and stay updated on renewable energy trends, including market-based mechanisms.
• Handle ad hoc tasks as requested by the Manager.
