Job Description

  • SPM/Diploma/Degree or higher academic qualifications in any relevant fields.
  • Fluent in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Independent with persuasive interpersonal skills and results-driven.
  • Exhibit strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
  • Computer literate and numerate.
  • Target oriented and ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good attitude and responsible character.
  • Business-minded with entrepreneurship skill.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate services for wedding events, functions, and banquets.
  • Responding to inquiries concerning services provided and costs for room and equipment hire, catering and related services;
  • Meeting with clients to discuss their needs and outlining package options to meet these needs;
  • Arranging and coordinating services such as conference facilities, catering, signage, displays, audiovisual and computer equipment, accommodation, and social events for participants.
  • Organising registration of participants;
  • Negotiating the type and costs of services to be provided within budget;
  • Overseeing work by contractors and reporting on variations to work orders.
