Job Description

Position Title: Business Fraud Program Manager Location: Penang Working hours: 8am to 5pm Experience: 3 to 4 years Languages: English / Chinese / Malay Salary Range: RM9,000 to RM15,000 About the Position: Work closely with multiple functional areas driving the fraud program through business performance management, analytics enablement, growth/strategy, process improvement, cost reduction, technology implementation and enterprise transformation. Identify key value drivers and defining metrics to inform performance, support decision making, and foster positive behavior and actions. Understand and keep track of various project\'s service level agreements (SLA\'s) and ensure team meet up with external client\'s requirement. Project & program level management of digital safety related projects. Maintain relevant industry, information technology, and process knowledge expertise. Take ownership of the security and compliance function of digital safety projects. Work with business development team to engage with potential clients. Present digital safety team\'s capabilities to internal and external audiences. Competencies: At least 3 to 4 years of working experience in related fields. Strong understanding of information security risk assessment and risk management procedures and methodologies Familiar working under a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing ) environment and meeting different project\'s requirements or SLAs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and able to work well with cross-organizational teams; Adept at building internal and external relationships with a focus on customer service. Knowledge in ecommerce fraud protection and email spam prevention is a plus.
