Responsible for daily technical and application support.
Document troubleshooting details to build the knowledge base for future reference and analysis.
Maintain existing PCs, Networking Equipment and IT peripherals to agreed standards under the direction of the team leader.
Maintain an accurate inventory of all hardware and software.
Escalate to the next level support for issues that cannot be resolved under the scope of Level 1.
Develop and maintain active and progressive working relationships with all team members.
Support and coordinate system issues through the established ticketing system.
Any other tasks and duties as required.
