Role Overview
The Sales & Marketing Lead drives demand on the corporate side of the platform, generating revenue and adoption from production houses, corporate partners, talent agencies, media agencies, and brands. This role owns the full commercial funnel: prospecting, pitching, closing, and account management. It also leads digital and event marketing campaigns to build brand visibility and convert prospects into paying users.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Development & Pipeline Management
Identify and qualify B2B leads, including corporate partners, production houses, talent agencies, and media agencies.
Build and manage sales pipeline with conversion metrics.
Run outreach campaigns across channels.
Deal Closing & Account Management
Lead presentations, demos, negotiations.
Close deals that bring new projects and subscription revenue.
Manage strategic accounts for renewals and upsells.
Marketing & Branding
Execute digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, social, email).
Build credibility via PR, success stories, and content.
Organize marketing-driven events and showcases.
Revenue & Growth Targets
Own top-of-funnel metrics and conversion to paying users.
Align sales messaging with product roadmap.
Work with Community Lead to ensure supply and demand growth are balanced.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
