Roles and responsibilities:

Devise and execute growth strategies aligned with company goals.

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitors.

Develop targeted sales strategies to enter new markets and industries.

Optimize sales processes and implement pricing strategies for revenue growth.

Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Leverage CRM platforms to inform strategic decisions and enhance customer engagement.

Lead effective communication and negotiation to secure partnerships and deals.

Qualifications and expertise:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Business or any related field.

Minimum 5 years of working experience in cyber security/ICT industry.

Proven experience in business growth and sales strategy.

Strong market insight and analytical skills.

Strategic thinking and planning skills - demonstrated effectiveness in conducting market analysis, prioritizing investments and proven to closed-won business.

Expertise in CRM platforms and client relationship management.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
