Job Description

As a Business Insights Manager, you will act as a strategic partner to leadership and new products teams across the Company divisions and geographies; helping them shape commercial strategies based on robust analytics and data driven insights.

Business Analysis

• Develop standard analytics with Finance to benchmark resource allocation across countries and businesses to maximise business impact for each financial planning exercise.
• Develop and administer an effective in-market sales forecast process with clear forecasting assumptions to drive forecast accuracy.
• Support clear articulation of SEA Cluster strategy at business reviews with impactful and effective presentation slides.

Market Insights

• Track and analyze market trends and our own performance KPIs to provide competitive insights to support accurate business forecasts.
• Coordinate primary market research projects at the SEA cluster level (BICC, Field Excellence, market scan, etc)
• Work to translate the primary market research findings into actionable insights and influence the team's decision making accordingly

Project Management

• Initiate, lead drive or assist with cross functional project teams, to help the launch of new projects and processes under the scope of wider Business Operations scope at the SEA cluster level

• More than 10 years of experiences across sales, marketing or business analysis roles in Pharmaceutical industry.
• Exceptional strategic/critical thinking abilities and eye for business.
• Ability to dig deep and uncover the "why" beneath the observed behaviors (go beyond the rationale).
• Excellent oral and written presentation skills with ability to explain complex concepts clearly to a variety of audiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
• Ability to balance multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously.
• Proficient facilitation, self-driven, analytical thinking and problem-solving.
