Role Summary

Works with a team of dynamic individuals and teams to deliver projects and support existing customers of Dedalus software with a specialisation on Business Intelligence Systems

Required Job Functions

• Design and develop dashboards and reports for clients in the region.

• Involved in supporting healthcare client from various region.

• Perform analysis on user requirements and prepare necessary documentation to document the requirements.

• Interact and coordinate with other internal functional teams and external client teams to ensure the deliverables are delivered to customers in timely manner and necessary information is gathered from SMEs.

• Involve in testing the application, prepare relevant document to submit to client.

Experience and Qualification Required

• Skill sets in big data, deep learning, predictive analytics, AI, dashboards and KPIs.

• B.Sc Software Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology / specialisation in Business Intelligence/Analytics

• Demonstrated experience in querying and manipulating relational databases using PL/SQL.

• Experience in healthcare industry is advantageous but not necessary.

• Candidates with experience in tools/ language such as PowerBi, R, Phython, Clickhouse, Oracle PLSQL is preferred.

Work Environment

\xc2\xa8 Kuala Lumpur office to assist with a collaborative, team approach

\xc2\xa8 Ability to work from home in a suitable environment when necessary

\xc2\xa8 Some flexibility with working hours as required to work with Dedalus teams in different time zones.
