s: \xc2\xb7 Supports office staff with general office duties including, but not limited to, research, data entry, filing and general coordination. \xc2\xb7 Assisting in the design PPT with good design and easy to understand. \xc2\xb7 Assisting the staff with general office duties including, but not limited to, research, data entry, filing and general coordination. \xc2\xb7 To provide support in Human Resource operational activities, including Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, Training, and General Administration. \xc2\xb7 To perform extensive data analysis, automation of new hires process, reporting and employee master data maintaining. \xc2\xb7 Support internal payroll process by verifying attendance, work hours and leave records. \xc2\xb7 Assist to manage & monitoring insurance claims, insurance member update (new joiner/resigned) \xc2\xb7 Assist in monthly claims process. \xc2\xb7 Prepare and update organization charts. \xc2\xb7 Manage office supplies stock eg stationary, name cards and etc \xc2\xb7 Any other tasks assigned by superior. Job Requirement: \xc2\xb7 Experience with MS Office \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s in Human Resources Management, Management, Marketing or similar field \xc2\xb7 Good in Mandarin , English and Bahasa Malaysia communication \xc2\xb7 Able to work in Iskandar Puteri \xc2\xb7 Able to commit for at least 3 months internship duration. \xc2\xb7 Allowances will be given.
